Project Overview & Scope: This office fit-out and mezzanine installation was delivered for Heighton Australia as a smart workspace transformation within an existing warehouse in Minto. The project focused on optimising vertical space to enhance functionality without the need for relocation.

The scope involved a full internal office fit-out and construction of a custom mezzanine level, creating separate zones for open-plan offices, meeting rooms, and high-clearance storage. This allowed the client to double their usable area while remaining operational onsite.
