Project Overview & Scope: This project involved the design and construction of a full internal office build for Tyrecycle Australia, transforming underused warehouse space into a custom, purpose-built office environment.

The new internal structure was built to support daily operations, with open-plan workspace, private offices, and integrated mechanical and electrical systems, all tailored to the client’s workflow and growth plans.
