We believe in quality builds, strong relationships and the finer details.

Meet Your Builder Luke

Luke Marre
Managing Director

Luke founded The Construction & Maintenance Hub with a vision to build something meaningful. He brings a mix of big-picture thinking and hands-on experience, and that sets the tone for everything we do.

With 12 years in the building industry as a Carpentry / Roofing background, Luke has worked on everything from Residential, High end Architectural to Commercial projects. He started TCMH because he wants to achieve Young Builder of the Year. In order to do so he needs to handover absolute perfection. Today he stays closely involved in every project, from the first site visit to the final handover, so clients always know who they're dealing with.

"Perfection is not attainable, but if we chase perfection we can catch excellence." Vince Lombardi

What Sets Us Apart

Build and Maintain

We don't disappear at handover. The team that builds your project can also maintain it, so you deal with one company for the life of your property.

In the Details

We love architectural design and the finer details. Crisp lines, clean junctions and finishes that line up are what make a good build great, and that's where we put our care.

Owner on Every Job

Luke stays involved from the first site visit to the final handover. If anything comes up, you deal with the owner directly.

Let’s Build Your Legacy.
